Shipping policy

Plants

All plants ship from our nursery in the Dandenong Ranges, Victoria. We ship Australia-wide. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We do not ship plants internationally.

Accessories

Growing accessories ship directly from our Guangzhou warehouse via Yun Express. Economy delivery takes 5–10 business days to most Australian addresses. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight.

Split shipments

Orders containing both plants and accessories will arrive as two separate shipments. You'll receive tracking information for each.

Biosecurity

All plants are grown and dispatched in compliance with Australian state and territory biosecurity requirements. Our orchids are not host plants for Tomato Potato Psyllid (TPP) and meet current interstate movement conditions.
