Shipping policy

Plants

All plants ship from our nursery in the Dandenong Ranges, Victoria, by Australia Post. We ship to all states and territories except the Northern Territory, including WA and Tasmania. Plant postage is worked out at checkout from the number of plants and your postcode: one plant $10.95–$13.95, 2–4 plants $13.95–$17.95, 5 or more $16.95–$20, and never more than $20 Standard (AUD). Express Post is $5 more. Plant orders are generally packed on Sunday and sent on Monday.

We do not ship plants outside Australia, including to New Zealand.

Accessories — Australia

Growing accessories ship directly from our Guangzhou warehouse via Yun Express. Economy delivery takes 5–10 business days to most Australian addresses. Accessory shipping is worked out at checkout from the weight of your order and your postcode: from $6.95 AUD, and never more than $59.95 AUD per order. Your rate is shown at checkout once you enter your postcode. See how accessory shipping is worked out.

Accessories — New Zealand

Growing accessories ship to New Zealand directly from our Guangzhou warehouse via Yun Express with tracked delivery. Delivery typically takes 6–11 business days. Shipping is worked out at checkout from the weight of your order: from $9.95 NZD, and never more than $69.95 NZD per order.

Split shipments

Orders containing both plants and accessories will arrive as two separate shipments, and shipping for each is added at checkout. You'll receive tracking information for each.

Biosecurity

All plants are grown and dispatched in compliance with Australian state and territory biosecurity requirements. Our orchids are not host plants for Tomato Potato Psyllid (TPP) and meet current interstate movement conditions.
