If something isn't up to standard please let us know. We are happy to arrange refunds but please read our refund and return policy.

Delivery

Orders to New Zealand ship from our Guangzhou warehouse via Yun Express with tracked delivery — flat rate $10 NZD, typically 6–11 business days. For more details see our shipping policy.

Refunds & Returns

We don't accept change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, email hello@belgraveorchids.co.nz with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act are not affected — see our refund policy.
