Coelogyne javieriana, formerly Dendrochilum javieriense, is endemic to Luzon in the Philippines, where it grows in mossy cloud forest at roughly 1800 to 2400 metres. Pendant sprays 16–21 cm long carry many bright yellow flowers about 1.2 cm across. It is named for Elias Javier, a Filipino orchid nurseryman.

About the name
First described as Dendrochilum javieriense in 1989 (also seen as javierianum). It became Coelogyne javieriana when Dendrochilum was merged into Coelogyne in 2021.
Shipping & condition
Supplied at flowering size – either a mature plant or a division from a plant that has already flowered – grown on in the Dandenong Ranges. Plants are packed on Sunday and sent on Monday. Buds and flowers cannot be guaranteed at time of shipping due to seasonal and environmental factors.
