About the Cross
Cross number NM 5993. Lookout 'Showoff' brings compact, well-presented flowers with cream petals and a vivid purple-red lip. The pollen parent, speciosum 'Snowdrift', is a white form of the species — uncommon and highly regarded among collectors for its clean, elegant presentation and generous spike. The combination should produce plants with good cane vigour from the speciosum background, cream to white flower tones and the defined lip colour from the Lookout parent. A refined cross with strong collector appeal.
