Masdevallia Sunbelievable 'Peats' is a named clonal Masdevallia hybrid selected for its compact habit and deep, rich flower colour. The Sunbelievable grex sits in the deeper red end of the cool-growing Masdevallia range. 'Peats' is a clone grown and selected at Mt Beenak Orchids and is associated with consistent flower production on a manageable plant.

• Flowers: Deep red to crimson tones with the cupped form typical of this grex. Colour intensity may vary slightly with growing conditions and season.

Growing conditions

• Temperature: Cool to intermediate, 5°C to 22°C. Needs cool nights and is not suited to warm climates. Avoid sustained warmth.

• Humidity & air: Humidity of 60% or higher, with constant gentle air movement. Rainwater or RO water preferred.
