Title

Five clear PET pots, each with a matching humidity dome, for holding moisture around orchid seedlings while they establish their first roots after deflasking.

About this product

The dome sits snugly over the pot, trapping moisture and creating a stable high-humidity microclimate while seedlings develop their first roots. The clear PET lets you check progress without lifting the dome or disturbing the environment inside.

How to use it

Any orchid seedling coming out of flask needs time to adjust to open conditions. The move from the sterile, humidity-controlled environment of a flask to a shadehouse or growing bench is one of the highest-risk points in a young plant's life. A humidity dome bridges that gap, maintaining the moisture the seedling was raised in while it establishes roots in its first growing medium.

The 90mm size suits individual seedlings, or small flasks deflasked into their own pots. Once plants are actively rooting and pushing new growth consistently, the dome comes off and they move into standard growing conditions.
