Labels accumulate fast in an active collection. Plants get repotted, reclassified, renamed — and labels written in permanent marker get retired long before the plastic does.
Relabel Erasers are made from melamine foam — an open-cell material that mechanically lifts and traps ink particles from smooth plastic surfaces. No solvents, no acetone, no surface damage under normal use. Removes permanent marker, ballpoint, and chinagraph pencil from hard smooth plastic. Dry, rewrite, done.
Compatible labels
Not suitable for flat matte or textured write-on labels — the uneven surface prevents clean contact. Not designed for aluminium tags — melamine foam can dull the metal surface.
How to use
- Dampen lightly with water before use
- Rub firmly over the label surface
- Let dry completely before rewriting
- Each eraser lasts multiple cleaning sessions — but does wear down with use
Stubborn permanent marker ink may need a second pass. Chinagraph pencil and ballpoint typically lift in one.
