Belgrave Orchids is a specialist, online-only nursery based in the Dandenong Ranges of Victoria, focused on cool-growing orchids suited to temperate Australian conditions.

Delivery
Orders are dispatched on Mondays to minimise time spent in transit. We ship to all Australian states except the Northern Territory.

Refunds & Returns
Belgrave Orchids does not accept change-of-mind returns on live plants.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Full details are outlined in our refunds and returns policy.
Packaging
Packaging materials used for dispatch are recyclable and/or compostable, selected to protect plants during transit while minimising waste.

Recycling
Pots and labels used for our plants are made from PP5 recyclable plastic, which is widely accepted through Australian recycling programs when cleaned and sorted correctly.
